(UPI Business News Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) AT&T Inc. said Sunday it is acquiring T-Mobile USA from Deutsche Telekom AG for $39 billion.
AT&T said on its Web site the boards of directors of the two telecommunications giants have approved the definitive agreement for the cash-and-stock transaction.
