MAP will launch its 2009 public policy series, “MAPPING CHANGE – Future of Access and Innovation,” with a public forum that will bring together government officials and technology experts to chart how the Obama administration is addressing critical communications and technology policy issues. Speakers will include *Susan Crawford* of the *White House National Economic Council* and a panel of telecom industry analysts and technology policy experts.

Participants will discuss how broadband stimulus, net neutrality, the digital television transition, and other relevant issues were addressed during the administration’s 100 days, and what other efforts will be pursued to ensure policy and regulatory advancement in the areas of media and telecommunications access and innovation.
