On behalf of the Campaign Legal Center, Benton Foundation, New America Foundation, Common Cause, and the UCC, Media Access Project filed comments in the recently resurrected FCC proceeding examining over the air home shopping television stations. The comments argue that the stations do not satisfy the public interest standard under which the Commission determines whether to award broadcast licenses.
