Together with the _Ad Hoc_ Public Interest Spectrum Coalition (PISC), MAP filed comments recommending the Commission take steps to ensure new spectrum offerings promote competition in the wireless market and provide consumers with a viable broadband alternative to wireline access such as DSL and cable.
