MAP Joins with Coalition Urging Choices for Cellphone Users

MAP joined together with the Ad Hoc Public Interest Spectrum Coalition (PISC) in urging the FCC to prevent wireless providers from forcing consumers to purchase cellphones and other equipment directly from them.
